Road Freight Coordinator – Job Information

 This position covers both Import and Export movements across Europe, with a stronger emphasis on Road Freight Imports. The successful candidate will manage the full operational process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for customers, partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Road Freight operations for European Import and Export shipments
• Liaise with hauliers to arrange collections, deliveries and booking slots
• Plan routes and schedules for drivers
• Prepare and manage all required documentation
• Complete Customs Entries and Clearances
• Maintain regular communication with customers, providing updates throughout the process
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners and suppliers to ensure timely movement of cargo
• Resolve operational issues proactively and professionally

Candidate Profile

• Experience within Road Freight operations (Import or Export)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with customers, hauliers and partners
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment
• Proactive approach to problem‑solving
• Knowledge of customs procedures is highly advantageous
