Operations Coordinator – Job Information

This SME Freight Forwarder is seeking an ambitious, motivated individual who is keen to develop within the freight and live events logistics sector. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands‑on training, exposure to multimodal operations and the chance to grow within a fast‑moving, progressive business.

You’ll be working at the heart of time‑critical event logistics, supporting high‑profile productions and ensuring seamless movement of equipment across global locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Working across Air, Sea and Road Freight operations
• Handling time‑critical freight forwarding for live events, entertainment and production projects
• Completing operational and shipment documentation
• Liaising with airlines, overseas agents, hauliers, negotiating rates and preparing customer quotations
• Completing Customs Clearances/Entries
• Supporting and maintaining strong relationships with key customer accounts
